Bags

Within Progress we offer a wide range of high quality bags in a variety of materials such as paper, polythene and metallised laminates.

These vary from promotional carrier to mailing bags and can be printed in up to 6 colour process designs. Most bags can be produced in runs of 1,000 upwards.

Boxes

Our boxes include a wide range of formats including corrugated, folding board and rigid presentation boxes.

Quantities vary from large production runs to one-off tailor-made packs. Rigid boxes can be finished in your choice of covering and a full print service is available on all designs.

Envelopes

Mailing envelopes are available in a variety of sizes and finishes. We specialise in the unusual types so include anti-static material, metallised bubble, silver foils, specialist polythene and vac pack bags. Most bags can be printed flexo up to six colours on larger runs; smaller quantities are available plain, often from stock or with volumes starting at 1000.

Most mailing envelopes come inclusive of a self seal tab, but we can also include grip seal headers and punched handles. Stock sizes vary depending on recent runs, but we often have options for A4, C5, A6 and DL envelopes.

CD Packs

CD's are still the most popular multimedia format and we have a number of stock and custom options available.

As well as a range of CD tins in both circular and rectangular formats, we offer liquid and gel filled pouches, polypropylene wallets, latex Fetish cases and a number of existing tools for board and covered board formats. Jewel cases, diamond cases and clear plastic packs are all available off the shelf whilst we also offer a range of welded PVC pouches and pockets.

Folders and Binders

The folders and binders range includes many different materials. Whether paper over board, metal, polypropylene or thermo plastic, we can offer stock or custom made products to enhance your promotion. Materials can be mixed and special sizes as well as standard format can be personalised with print, embossing and die-cutting.

Metal Packaging

We have developed a range of custom made metal packaging which can be used to produce bespoke boxes, cases and folders.

We also have a large stock library of pre-formed tins which we are able to personalise via embossing or screenprinting in affordable quantities.

Multimedia Packaging

There are many many ways multimedia such as a CD or DVD can be presented today. At Progress you will be able to find a solution that is suitable and lets you stand out from the crowd.

Items vary from tins, trigger cases, cardboard packs and moulded multi-cases all of which are customisable through a number of printing and labelling techniques.

Polypropylene

Polypropylene designs are supplied in wide ranging formats. These include CD, Video and mini disk packs as well as folders, binders and custom made boxes.

Whether an off the shelf option or a bespoke design we can produce in the most up-to-date colours including, frosted, metallics and duotones.

PVC Products

PVC is a versatile material that can be used for a sizeable array of packaging assignments.

In past cases Progress has supplied clients with projects that have included gel-filled PVC CD wallets, PVC folders and even a PVC simulation of a hospital blood bag!
