Frankfurt - Paperworld

We thought you might like to see some of the images that we have brought back from our trip to Frankfurt to see the Paper World trade show. The top image shows a selection of wrapping papers suspended from the ceiling, which Simon thought looked really effective at the show. The bags we have shown are steps forward in the ‘green’ department with the paper bags being made from a vegetable bi-product, meaning they are 100% biodegradable. The Non-woven looking bags are actually corn starch bio-degradable bags that look almost exactly the same as the non-woven bags, but are much more environmentally friendly. The test tube photograph shows the transistion that takes the corn to polymer. -
